    Who is getUBetter for? 

    The getUBetter app is for:

    • anyone over 18 who requires support to self-manage a muscle, bone, or joint injury or condition
    • anyone who has been advised or chose to self-manage their injury/condition
    • anyone waiting for treatment on the NHS, at Occupational Health or privately, such as for Physiotherapy

    How do I download and use getUBetter?  

    1. Follow the link to access your local health service, then select the area you live in and your GP practice, as well as the condition of your choosing. Enter your email. getUBetter – Request Access
    2. Download the getUBetter app and register using the same email address used to access your local health service.
    3. Follow the instructions in the app to access your support pathway.
    4. Follow your getUBetter program and improve your health.
